What is Ausmo?


One word: “aus-mo”

While the actual origin of the word remains a secret, we chose the name because it was simple enough to remember and weird enough to stand out. When we chose the name “Ausmo” it had no connotations or associations which allowed us to define it to what it is today.

We are incorporated in the United States of America and have teams working in London, UK and Bangalore, India.

Orders


We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. As long as the order has not been processed by our warehouse team, we are able to cancel your order. However, during promotion periods, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed due to the high volume of orders received during this time.

No. Only one promo code may be applied per order and may not be combined with any other offer.

For orders related concerns, please contact our customer support team (available Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM except for national holidays) along with your order information, concern and proof of purchase.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, net banking and PayTM transactions to process orders.

We are sorry to hear that the item(s) you want is out of stock. Items are available on a first come, first served basis. To keep updated with the earliest availability on the product, you have a few options:

Please note hard copy will come only with marketplace orders like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal or Paytm however for orders via www.ausmo.co an automated email with an invoice will be sent on email once we dispatch the item to you. In case you have not received an invoice on email and need duplicate copy you can request the same to the customer support team.

The issue you have encountered is mostly due to your payment channel not sending the success confirmation and if the money has been debited please share confirmation email on orders@ausmo.co along with transaction ID and email used to track this down and help you create an order for the same.
Our websites security settings are set high to prevent payment fraud. While some merchants only require certain fields of information to match, our site requires that they all match.

Shipping


We typically ship out orders same-day when placed before 12 PM (on most working days) however under promotional purchases this takes up to 2-3 days due to dispatch volumes.
Please allow 4-5 working days for orders to deliver depending on your location and maximum of 7-8 working days if this was promotional purchase.

India Shipping: 4-5 business days

International Shipping (varies per country): Shipping from Fedex or Bluedart: 2 weeks (customs processing times vary)

All orders are shipped via Fedex or Delhivery depending on your location.

When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you are having trouble viewing this information, please contact the customer support team.

How can I track my order?

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact Ausmo’s customer support team immediately.
You can also email your order information and images of the product. A replacement will be done immediately and you can be rest assured about genuine help from support representatives.

Returns & Exchanges



  • We guarantee all merchandise purchased through ausmo.co and items purchased directly from Ausmo online store will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized marketplaces, please get in touch with them directly for returns or exchange.
  • We do not have a return and refund policy once order has been shipped from the warehouse as all customers are covered under a 12 months replacement warranty programme just in case you face any manfuacturing related issues.
  • Please note that we consider exchange in case of receiving any damaged product including the shipping charges. In case exchange is needed for matters like choice of color, customers shall be charged for pick up and reshipping cost.
  • Exchange requests made without a receipt may be refused.

Replacement Warranty


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Ausmo purchase. We provide 12 Months Replacement Warranty upon an activation/registration within 30 days of purchase on all products (except Protech Pro Temper Glass).

We will replace your product within 1 year of purchase if it stops working due to a manufacturing defect.
For replacements, please contact our customer support team (available Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM except for national holidays) along with your order information and proof of purchase.

Instructions to complete self-assessment will be emailed, post which unit will have to be packed and shipped to given address and based on internal investigation eligibility you will be informed about replacement on email.
One side courier charges to be borne by the customer for sending the product while dispatching a new unit that will be covered by Ausmo.

Only items purchased directly from authorized marketplaces and Ausmo’s online store, will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please ensure that you have registered your warranty on our website within 30 days of purchase. We may deny any replacement if your warranty is not registered with us.

Physical damage/wear & tear issues/short circuit/excessive power flow damages/charging with unbranded wall plugs are NOT included in the warranty. Returns made without receipt/proof/ warranty registration of purchase may be refused.

Ausmo reserves the right to deny any replacement based on the internal investigation.


  • To file a warranty claim you please submit a claim request with customer support team at orders@ausmo.co
  • Before submitting a warranty claim check if the warranty has been activated within 30 days of the purchase date for eligibility.

Yes, registration/activation is important to claim warranty and you should register within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for this. Claims made without receipt/proof/ warranty registration of purchase may be refused. Ausmo reserves the right to deny any replacement based on the internal investigation.

Should the case you wish to warranty be no longer available, we will be happy to exchange your product for something on our site of equal or lesser value.

Once we receive the claim email, we will revert with further instruction and once this has completed, we will process a warranty replacement within 1-2 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your replacement.
